Senior Revenue Analyst

The Finance team at Doximity is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to help optimize our Revenue close processes as we continue to scale. You will be a key member of the revenue team, reporting to the Director of Revenue and helping to increase understanding around one of the company’s most vital metrics.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Review contract paperwork and ensure accurate accounting under ASC 606 and proper integration into accounting system
- Document ASC 606 technical accounting considerations in a contract review checklist
- Prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations, including all documentation required to comply with SOX
- Assist with sales tax reconciliations if required
- Drive efficiencies in existing processes and create scalable solutions for anticipated growth
- Work closely with external auditors to provide support for quarterly reviews and annual audit
- Contribute to the team’s efforts around SOX implementation over revenue recognition and assist with developing process documentation
- Prepare support for SEC disclosures
- Assist in special projects, such as system enhancements or ad hoc analyses and other duties as appropriate
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA license is preferred
- Big 4 audit and operational industry experience
- 3+ years of accounting experience including revenue recognition under ASC 606
- NetSuite, Salesforce, and Avalara proficiency preferred
- Superior attention to detail
- Quick learner with ability to multitask, work independently, think critically and problem solve
- Proficient in Excel
