About Your Role: 

Now is an exciting time to join our ambitious and growing team at Sendoso with plenty of development opportunities. We're looking for a Revenue Manager to help shape Sendoso’s revenue reporting infrastructure and processes while keeping pace within the fast and quickly evolving company.

Your Typical Day:

  • Ensure revenue recognition is in accordance with the Sendoso’s policy and revenue recognition accounting standards 
  • Partner cross functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations, AR, AP, IT, and different business owners on policies, processes, and programs
  • Address technical accounting inquiries from the business and provide guidance/implications
  • Identify and implement internal controls and process improvements
  • Provide contract review summaries for completed transactions (for internal and audit purposes)
  • Assist with financial audits including reconciliations, support documentation, and communication with external auditors
  • Liaise with auditors on revenue recognition and related matters as part of interim reviews and annual audit

Experience:

  • 6+ years total experience in revenue accounting and public accounting (ideally Big 4 + corporate experience)
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • CPA Required
  • Prior management experience is required
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 Revenue Recognition required; knowledge of IFRS a plus
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of transactional data, SQL a plus
  • Experience transitioning from Quickbooks to NetSuite or other system
