Job Description

The Senior Treasury Analyst will be reporting to the Treasury Manager and will be providing support and back up in various bank platforms and transactions, payments, investments, Foreign Exchange, etc.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage all company payment activities through various bank platforms, payment portals and payment methods (wires, ACHs, SEPA, EFT, etc.)
• Manage settlement of all cash transactions, investments and FX hedges
• Support global cash positioning and bank balance monitoring
• Support account opening/closing/etc. for all Payment Service Providers
• Manage bank account opening/closing/signatories/etc. for all banks
• Manage revenue sharing process and support relationship management for all Merchant Service Providers
• Implement and maintain TMS/Payment software (Kyriba, Coupa, etc.) 
• Monitor and manage investment portfolio and respective asset managers
• Support Corporate Credit Card program
• Support SOX audit process for banking, cash management, investments and inventory
• Support financial and tax audits by outside auditors and bank annual KYC audits
 

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or equivalent
• 3-5 years of Banking, Cash Management and Investments experience in technology space
• Strong proficiency in MS Office- Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently
• Effective communication, presentation and social skills
• Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of corporate finance and accounting
• Knowledge of Payment Providers a plus
• Ability to speak/write in Mandarin a plus
• Familiarity with Kyriba and Banking Platforms
