Sr. Finance Analyst, GTM

Clari is looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Sr. Finance Analyst who can be a key member of the FP&A team and influential across all aspects of finance business partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role will be the owner of numerous foundational aspects of our growing business including sales compensation, monthly and quarterly reporting, and general financial planning across GTM teams in service of our goal to scale efficiently and effectively.
This role can be worked from any location in the West and Central time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own our Sales Compensation program across 100+ employees and manage our Sales Compensation software. This includes leading cost modeling, influencing design, and proposing recommendations incentivize our go-to-market team
- Build business level P&Ls for multiple leaders across Clari in partnership with the RevOps, Analytics, and Accounting teams
- Own capacity planning and analysis model across all GTM functional teams
- Develop a cadence for monthly/quarterly reporting for cross-functional business partners to review overall KPIs, benchmark against best-in-class performance, forecast spend/revenue, and additional recommendations for meaningfully improving performance
- Partner with the Analytics team to build more robust and meaningful dashboards and reporting to better influence decision-making across the GTM teams
- Become an expert in top-of-funnel efforts and their impact on Clari’s ability to grow at an exponential rate
Qualifications
- 3+ years in an analytical or operational role such as consulting, investment banking, FP&A or business operations
- Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment or desire to be is required
- Demonstrated experience in supporting senior leaders, providing strong point of view and building for “world-class"
- Possess the ability to communicate at a senior level and have a knack for distilling complex issues and processes to simple models
- Sales compensation experience is strongly preferred
- SaaS or subscription model experience preferred
- Knowledge and skills with sales tooling (SFDC), planning tools (Adaptive Insights) and sales compensation tools preferred
