We are looking for a high performing, results oriented individual to join our Strategic Finance team. The primary role of the Senior Finance Manager is to provide extensive business partnering and financial support to the organization. Successful candidates should be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. 

HOW YOU’LL HELP EVERYONE PET PARENT LIKE A PRO

• Business partnering: You will be expected to develop deep working relationships with leadership, Data BI, Accounting, and other business teams to provide financial guidance and strategic advice to hit our short and  long term financial targets. Experience supporting BD/Partnerships in B2B companies and/or supporting B2C growth marketing is preferred
• Budgeting: Contribute to the budget cycle in order to propose a budget to the CFO and executive team on time. Partner with key stakeholders to gather bottoms-up details. Comfort level with switching between a high level budget proposal with executives and digging through bottoms-up details with business partners is a must. 
• Forecasting: Partner with the business to develop forecasts and get alignment with the leadership for each planning cycle. Work with the accounting team to produce monthly results, create the monthly deck, and provide commentary on actuals vs plan variances.
• Support strategic decision-making: Help leadership evaluate investment opportunities and initiatives from a financial perspective by quantifying the impact on financials  
• Results Oriented: Perform quantitative deep dives to get to the core of the issue  
• Excel Ninja: High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis. 
• Financial processes: Continuously scale and improve financial processes as the business grows.

 TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 10+ years of work experience in Strategic Finance/investment banking/consulting 
• Proactive self-starter, able to consistently deliver quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple work streams at once
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, often changing environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills; analyses to be presented to senior management
• Experience supporting B2B Sales, & Marketing/Growth teams in high growth technology companies preferred
• Systems/Tools –Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, prior experience with financial planning tools (e.g Anaplan, Adaptive). Data visualization tools (e.g Looker, Tableau, chart.io) a plus
