About the Role:
The Finance team is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be a key player in assisting in financial modeling, analysis, reporting, and systems while working with multiple business leaders and levels of KT’s management. This role will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience through exposure with Executive management and have a significant impact throughout KT’s operations. This role will report to our Associate Manager of FP&A.
What You'll Do:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining financial and operational SQL-based datasets
- Assist with the company’s modeling, forecasting and board reporting process
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with business partners (e.g. Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing,Operations) to deliver key insights on key metrics using meaningful analyses
- Assist in developing, reporting, and automating key performance metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards to help drive revenue and optimize efficiency
- Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis for strategic planning that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience with 2+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance or other roles with financial modeling and KPI reporting as a core competency
- Problem solving/analytical mindset, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Excellent SQL, Excel, financial modeling, and analytical thinking skills; solid foundation in finance and GAAP accounting
- Familiarity with Financial Planning Software (e.g. Adaptive), Python, and other data tools (e.g. SFDC, Looker, Zuora, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus but not required
- BA / BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent field
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize; an independent / flexible problem solver who can adapt to changes
- Understanding of SaaS business models and operating metrics
