Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Provide finance and strategy support for business leaders within the IT organization
- Build trusted relationships with key business partners;
- Drive forecasting processes (monthly and quarterly forecasts, scenario modeling)
- Partner with IT teams to manage headcount, Opex, and Capex forecasting
- Work with business partners and Accounting to more discreetly and accurately track financial results;
- Build various excel/system models
- Analyze financial results, communicate key messages to senior management;
- Identify and execute financial analysis to optimize business performance;
- Work closely with the functional leads to provide management reporting, accounting and compliance guidance plus ensure alignment of global as well as local operational initiatives;
- Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings;
- Support our businesses with financial insights and development of key performance metrics
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Undergraduate degree from a highly regarded business school and/or relevant professional accreditation preferred
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A preferred, or similar background
- Analytic, financial modeling and reporting abilities
- Advanced modeling capabilities; proficient in working with large data sets and identifying trends / anomalies against expectations
- An excellent communicator and a great team player
- Ability to work with minimal guidance on deliverables
- Experience with Anaplan, BPC, SAP, Business Objects, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Excited about working in a fast-paced environment with fluidity
- Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives to deliver awesome results to senior leaders and broader finance teams
