What we are looking for:

Our ideal candidate will have robust finance experience, as well as a deep understanding of systems. This role will require superb organizational skills and be highly collaborative with cross-functional partners, with the expectation that this leader will serve as a key partner at the intersection of finance and technology. This person will be responsible for supporting all aspects of NetSuite ERP and integration to other systems. 

Responsibilities of the role: 

• Manage system maintenance, patches/upgrades, and migrations
• Strong systems implementation familiarity 
• Operational and financial processes improvement experience
• Problem-solve development and implementation issues; continuously identify and correct data issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide timely responses and solutions as required.

Requirements: 

• 5 + years relevant experience required
• Solid understanding of accounting operational processes and basic understanding of general accounting concepts (ASC 606)
• Strong NetSuite technical experience (custom reporting) and content licensing management system experience
• Knowledge of accounting/ FP&A business processes to recommend best practices and provide NetSuite business process support and enhancements
• Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, work with others and follow through to execute all tasks; be able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
• Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
