Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations at Affirm

As a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations, you will work closely with the commercial leaders (SVP of Sales and/or SVP of Client Success) as their key partner to drive sales force efficiency. You will do this through optimizing processes, providing analytics to drive strategy, build and operationalize our compensation programs, and help develop the tools that make the teams as productive as possible. We're looking for candidates who are excited to help our commercial teams by proactively seeking new opportunities to mature and scale the business. The ideal candidate must be tactical in helping build out programs and automation as well as strategic in thinking through coverage models as the teams and business scale. We are seeking a strong leader to build out our Rev Ops team and help us make lending fast, fair, and affordable for all!
What You’ll Do:- Manage of team of analysts, supporting the Sales and/or Client Success teams, driving projects to create efficient sales cycle processes, with a focus on automation, to help the teams acquire and grow our merchant base
- Define and measure critical metrics, create forecasts and build dashboards for the teams to easily understand the health of the business, and find opportunities and build strategies to help them hit their goals
- You will craft and operationalize variable compensation programs, working with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to design the plans, set quotas, and regularly report on the team and individual performances
- Work with the business system team to design, improve and implement new Salesforce features and 3rd party tools as well as define processes to ensure data integrity within our CRM
- Own deal approval processes and forums with a focus on developing progressive improvements
- You will work with Revenue Enablement to train and support the growing commercial teams as well as support the growth of your own team
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
- 4+ years of proven experience in revenue/sales operations
- Strength in managing a team and developing individual contributors
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce.com and working knowledge of business intelligence tools (Looker), SQL, SOQL, and Excel
- Experience in forecasting, data analytics, and modeling
