Staff Accountant – 6sense
The Opportunity:
As a Staff Accountant at 6sense, you will support the CFO and Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance / Accounting Department. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with other teams within 6sense on a daily basis. We are continue to grow rapidly and seek a team member who can both complete near-term deliverables with an eye towards building for scale.
This role requires a self starter with strong attention to detail, exceptional quantitative skills, collaboration skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual close
- Primary responsibility for balance sheet reconciliation
- Expense process management
- Payables and Invoicing
- Elements of compliance
- Sales tax
Desired Requirements:
- CPA preferred but not required
- Experience with Intacct and/or Netsuite
- Conversant in ASC 606
- 2-6 years of experience in a regional accounting firm and/or start-up environment
