FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis)

ThirdLove is moving quickly and in turn looking to make a key finance hire to further our current and future business decisions. You’ll operate as the main finance contributor across major areas of the business and analyze critical aspects of our operating model. If this sounds compelling, read on!
- The FP&A Analyst will support the Manager and Director of FP&A across key business areas, including Sales, Margin, Headcount, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management
- Support financial planning efforts in these areas including budgeting, forecasting and long range planning
- Learn and support the company's forecast model including the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Support the Manager on all analysis relating to customer CAC and LTV
- Evaluate unique growth opportunities and cost efficiencies throughout various areas of the business
- Develop and implement financial analysis, reporting, and processes, in partnership with department heads to drive accurate and timely insights
- Support position to Manager in investor relations and reporting, including board decks and investor updates
- Work collaboratively across teams, providing actionable insights to help drive optimal business decisions
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business, Finance or Economics
- 2-4 years of experience in a financial planning role
- Experience in eCommerce, consumer goods or start-ups preferred
- Expert in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with other data systems a plus
- Ability to distill, articulate and communicate complex data in a clear way that can drive business decisions
- Collaborative and energetic individual with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality
- Pragmatic, curious, data-driven, and results-oriented
