Zoom Video Communications is looking for an energetic and analytical person who will act as a key member of the Stock Administration team in Zoom's Legal Department. The Stock Plan Administrator will focus on the day-to-day administration of the company's stock-based compensation plans. This individual will work remotely and seamlessly collaborate with HR, payroll, and accounting teams, answer employees’ questions regarding equity grants and ESPP, manage stockholder communications, and assist with employee education and training regarding the company’s equity plans. This is a 100% remote role.
Responsibilities of the role:
Maintain the necessary mobility data and track the trailing liability for the international and domestic relocations
Ensure that the taxation applied to the mobile population is in conjunction with the local and international tax laws
Manage the preclearance during the open windows
Manage and track the 10b5-1 plans
Manage company blackouts
Manage the income and tax audits for all geographic locations
Maintain employee ticketing system and answer all questions in a timely fashion
Assist in year end reporting
Assist in the day-to-day administration of our equity incentive plans - stock option exercises (NQ/ISOs), RSU releases and ESPP, including all aspects of record keeping, reporting and reconciliation
Assist with general daily equity maintenance tasks, including processing new equity awards and grant agreements, reviewing equity transactions, terminations, cancellations
Assist in equity plan documentation
Ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of all equity data in equity system of record
Adhere to internal processes and procedures and comply with tax withholding/reporting requirements
Assist internal and external auditors with audits upon request and implement controls, as needed
Generate, and review for accuracy, recurring and ad-hoc reports for FP&A, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Internal audit and Legal teams
Partner with internal teams including Finance, Tax, Payroll, and HR, on all equity-related matters
Work on any ad hoc projects
Must haves:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
4+ years of relevant work experience at a public company
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and adjust to changing priorities
Strong proficiency in Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills and customer service focus
Prior experience with Equity Edge Online ideal but not required
