  • Implement CRM and Deal Desk Integration: Establish deal desk functionality to standardize contract execution and integrate our CRM and financial systems.
  • Develop Pricing and Billing Systems: Thought partner to design and deploy flexible pricing models, with an optimized billing system that supports multi-year contracts, usage-based pricing, and hybrid models.
  • Ensure Revenue Recognition Compliance: Collaborate with accounting to implement ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition processes, ensuring our revenue reporting remains audit-ready.
  • Design Sales Compensation Plans: Partner with sales leadership and finance to develop and execute a scalable compensation plan aligned with ARR growth targets and strategic goals, achieving high accuracy and timely payouts.

What you’ll bring

  • Financial & Operational Systems Expertise: Experienced with CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.
  • Process Design & Automation: Skilled at identifying bottlenecks and designing scalable, automated workflows for sales, billing, and finance operations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Legal, and Product teams to drive shared goals.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical, with experience in setting metrics and making data-informed decisions to improve financial operations.
  • Pricing Strategy Experience: Proficient in creating dynamic pricing models to support SaaS growth objectives.
  • SaaS Revenue Recognition Knowledge: Familiar with ASC 606 standards, especially as they apply to multi-year and seat/usage/hybrid contracts
