That’s where you come in.

You'll partner with our Head of Growth and founders to build. We're seeking someone who has a background in pipeline generation from startups to public companies to take a strategic, ICP-centered approach to building pipeline generation that scales, which is a critical build your own role at our stage.

• Pipeline generation: You'll use our current tool stack, AI, and will implement whatever is needed for us to have the most next-gen outbound and PLG conversion process as possible. The number one success criteria of this role is pipeline growth, and the right person for this will step in immediately to take action. This will be a blend of strategic building with a very results-based focus.

• Actioning intent: We're tracking intent signals and between this and user sign-ups, you'll build scalable processes here that impact bottom-line revenue.

• ICP analysis: We're horizontal, which makes things harder. You'll explore use cases, industries, and roles from startups to Fortune 100 organizations to deeply understand our users and why they'd want to try bem.

• Channel expert: Test new acquisition channels and measure effectiveness. We have to take data-driven bets to scale to the level we’re planning to.

• Systems and testing: You should care about the latest and greatest tools and technology that will help you hack your role- and our growth.

• Event conversions: We attend high-quality conferences, host our own events, and attend local ones. Partner with our Head of Growth to build a follow-up pipeline around it.

• 2-5 years of Growth, Associate, or SDR-related work within developer tooling, AI, data, infra, or management consulting

• You care about innovation within the AI space

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data

• Excellent written communication

• (Not required) CS degree or technical background (bootcamp, self-taught OK)

• Startup mentality—willing to dive into high-impact areas while being open and deeply available for feedback. You want to grow and build from the ground up

• Deeply curious – You don’t just want to help customers implement bem—you want to help them see what’s next.

• You learn quickly - There’s a lot to be done. We need someone who can juggle many balls and optimize their critical tasks into processes over time.

• Comfortable in ambiguity – You thrive in fast-moving environments where playbooks are still being written.

• You’re creative - and you’re not chasing any trends.
