How will you make a difference?

This role is responsible for leading and directing HR Technology and People Analytics combined functions across the global enterprise. The leader will create, deliver, and support a technology and analytics strategy that leverages best practices, industry standards, and advanced technology, like Artificial Intelligence (AI) to advance Human Resources.  The Leader oversees all activities involved in organizing, prioritizing, leading, monitoring, and ensuring success of large-scale transformation and day-to-day operations across multiple functions, departments, and geographies. The Leader oversees all activities in support of Human Resources reporting, metrics, insights, and service delivery, as well as transactional efficiencies, security administration, end-user change management, data exchange and governance design, data privacy, deployment of features and functions, and implementation of system upgrades. The Global Leader of HR Technology & People Analytics strives to develop excellent working relationships inside and outside of Human Resources while leading and developing a dispersed, global team.

What will your typical day look like?

Your daily work will include strategic leadership, program management, headcount planning, data management, change management, vendor management, system maintenance, testing & quality assurance, reporting, issue management, audit and compliance, AI Integration, AI-driven, insights, retention prediction.

Qualifications

What do we want to know about you?

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, information systems, or relevant field. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for education requirements.

- Substantial experience in HR system and process transformation, system implementations, data quality management, system integrations, HR reporting and analytics, and organizational change management within a large, complex enterprise, ideally across a range of geographies and segments.

- Proven track record of supporting and influencing senior business leadership teams across functions within a large, multi-country organization.

- Experience in designing solutions, leading and managing large-scale projects and initiatives.

- Experience leading and implementing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures supporting Human Resources and/or HR systems.

- 10+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing teams.

- 10+ years of experience with HR disciplines such as HR Business Partner, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Engagement, HR Systems, HR Operations, and/or HR Reporting and Analytics.

- 15+ years of experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Success Factors, Kronos, and/or ADP, preferably in a global, multi-tenant environment.

Additional Information

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $161,300 - 229,800 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com. Other benefit offerings for this role may include annual bonus, if eligible.
