We're looking for an accomplished product leader to set and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical portfolio of enterprise B2B products. This role will also manage, coach, and mentor a talented team of product managers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategic Leadership: Define, communicate, and drive the product vision and multi-year strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and customer needs. Own the quarterly and annual roadmap, balancing innovation, technical debt, and business value. Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership and play a key role in scaling processes as the business grows.
- People Leadership and Team Upleveling: Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of product managers, providing actionable feedback and fostering career growth. Develop a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable product team culture. Actively identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans to uplevel team capabilities.
- Product Delivery and Execution: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions. Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, outbound, and business stakeholders.
- Customer and Market Focus: Maintain deep empathy for users, buyers, and customers. Lead customer discovery, synthesize insights, and champion customer-centric product decisions. Serve as an executive sponsor in key customer engagements and represent the product externally.
- Collaboration and Influence: Build strong, trust-based relationships with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and executive leadership. Navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence without authority, and drive alignment across teams and functions.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain clear metrics for product success, using data to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly. Ensure organizational readiness for launches, and champion continuous improvement in product and process.
- AI-Native Product & Platform Evolution: Lead the transformation of our product portfolio to be AI-native. Identify where GenAI, automation, and reasoning systems can meaningfully improve customer outcomes and workflow efficiency. Partner with engineering and design, and fellow teams to build reusable AI capabilities, internal tooling, and knowledge systems that elevate product development speed and quality.
- AI Strategy, Monetization & Operating Frameworks: Define and execute the strategy for integrating AI across products, including new value propositions, pricing/packaging, and revenue opportunities. Establish the processes, workflows, and responsible AI practices needed for teams to build and ship AI products effectively in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends (especially in health tech), emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics. Proactively identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and long-term value creation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience with 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including at least 3–5 years managing and scaling product teams in enterprise B2B SaaS environments. Track record of shipping successful, high-impact products from concept to launch, ideally in health tech or related fields, but not required.
- People Leadership: Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and upleveling product managers. Experience structuring and leading teams through growth, change, and ambiguity. Skilled at giving feedback, developing talent, and building a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Product Mastery: Deep fluency in product discovery, hypothesis validation, and data-driven decision making. Able to articulate product vision, define and measure success, and drive structured thinking at both strategic and tactical levels. Experience with agile development, user story writing, and cross-functional execution.
- Technical Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern software architectures, platforms, and enterprise integration patterns. Able to engage credibly with engineering on system design, APIs, data models, and technical trade-offs. Experience with AI/ML, analytics, or platform products.
- AI Product Leadership & Technical Acumen: Demonstrated experience building or scaling AI-enabled products (GenAI, ML-driven workflows, automation, LLM integrations). Able to partner deeply with engineering on data, model, and platform requirements, and connect AI capabilities to differentiated user experiences and customer value.
- AI-Native Product Thinking & Monetization: Fluency in modern AI-native product approaches (prompt/workflow engineering, AI-powered UX patterns, retrieval-augmented systems, human-in-the-loop design). Strong commercial intuition for AI pricing/packaging, cost structures, and monetization strategies.
- Customer Empathy: Proven ability to engage with customers and users, synthesize insights, and translate needs into differentiated product solutions. Experience in healthcare, workflow automation, or complex stakeholder environments preferred but not required.
- Communication and Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, influence stakeholders at all levels, and drive alignment in ambiguous situations.
- Business Judgment: Strong commercial acumen, with experience aligning product strategy to business objectives, building business cases, and managing trade-offs between short-term and long-term goals.
