Solace is a healthcare advocacy marketplace that connects patients and families to experts who help them understand and take charge of their personal health

About the Role

As a Growth Associate at Solace, you are responsible for driving growth—through acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll contribute across a wide range of initiatives, from launching new campaigns to optimizing existing ones, and will play a direct role in how Solace shows up to the world.

This is a role for the hungry, the ambitious, the curious, and those who don’t shy away from feedback. You will report directly to our Head of Growth and take on a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You do what it takes to get the job done, and you bring creativity and scrappiness to every challenge.

This is a remote role for US-based applicants only.

About Solace

Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.

We're a Series B startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, and Signalfire. Our fully remote U.S. team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.

Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

What You’ll Do
  • Bring bold and innovative marketing ideas to life—from concept to launch.

  • Execute high-velocity experiments across channels, learning fast and iterating even faster.

  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for key growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate across creative, content, product, and engineering teams to launch integrated marketing efforts.

  • Act as the go-to liaison for growth campaigns—ensuring stakeholders are aligned, timelines are met, and outcomes are delivered.

  • Track performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Uphold and evolve the Solace brand across all marketing touchpoints.

  • Communicate proactively, documenting decisions and next steps clearly.

What You Bring to the Table
  • A bias toward action and momentum—you thrive under tight timelines that would intimidate most others.

  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to make order out of chaos.

  • Unfettered creativity paired with a strong sense of execution.

  • Strong instincts around what makes for delightful, high-converting consumer experiences.

  • Experience working in fast-paced consumer startups.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

This is a remote position. Applicants must be based in the United States.

Up for the Challenge?

We look forward to meeting you.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
