About the Team
As part of the GTM Strategy & Enablement Team, you will work daily to drive alignment, clarity, and execution across our GTM org. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to define strategy, streamline processes, and enable teams to perform at their very best for our Miro Customers. By combining data-driven insights with operational excellence, we ensure every GTM function is equipped to deliver consistent growth, customer excellent, and market impact.
About the Role
Your work will involve strategic thinking and execution across sales, customer success, renewals, solution engineering, consulting, and operations. You will define and optimize the end-to-end rep journey and its associated processes.

- Prototype, evaluate and ensure all delivered GTM content is best-in-class; partnering with our engineers to put updated document and systems in place at scale
- Build scalable content and processes to increase sales funnel effectiveness
- Debug GTM processes to resolve flow issues
- Direct teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Build GTM Systems: Design, develop, and implement robust, automated workflows and integrations across Miro's GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Clay, Snowflake, Common Room, and more) to streamline lead qualification, account scoring, and pipeline generation
- Drive New Product Go-To-Market: Assist in the technical implementation for new product launches, focusing on identifying and enabling sales processes for specific, unestablished personas through data-driven targeting and prioritized outreach
- Optimize Demand Generation: Leverage data from various sources (internal and external, including Clay's enrichment) to enhance account scoring, refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion
- Data Orchestration: Ensure seamless, high-quality data flow between critical GTM platforms and our data warehouse (Snowflake), transforming raw data into actionable insights with the assistance from sales and marketing teams
- Automation & Efficiency: Assist with streamlining manual processes and bottlenecks within the GTM funnel and build scalable automation solutions using tools like Clay, Tray.io, and Zapier to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and assist in the adoption of new GTM capabilities
- System Health & Governance: Maintain the health, security, and integrity of our GTM systems, proactively identifying issues, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies
- A senior strategic thinker with deep, pre-existing GTM knowledge
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- At least five years experience in a strategy consultancy or GTM focused centre of excellence
- Specialized knowledge in the area of transformation, GTM and designing document production
- Knows what "best-in-class" and "gold standard" look like for both content and process
- Has a strong, demonstrable point of view on GTM strategy
- Can understand, analyze, and debug complex GTM flows
- Strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership mindset, with adaptability and analytical skills to align stakeholders on solutions

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to San Francisco and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $169.000 to $212.000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
