As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Video Content to lead our video strategy and creative direction, driving brand awareness and customer engagement through high-impact video content. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand’s storytelling and play a pivotal role in amplifying CoreWeave’s message in the competitive B2B space.

As the Head of Video Content, you will lead the creative development of a wide range of video assets, from brand films to customer stories and out-of-home digital marketing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, customer experience, and executive communications, to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, align with our brand identity, and drive business success. You will also oversee agency partnerships, ensuring that all video content aligns with our strategic goals and maintains brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
• Lead the creative direction and storytelling for impactful brand films, sponsorships, customer and partner videos, and out-of-home digital marketing content.
• Translate complex B2B technology concepts into compelling, engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with content, customer experience, social media, and executive communications teams to develop and produce world-class video content.
• Ensure all video work aligns with brand guidelines to maintain consistency and elevate CoreWeave’s message in a competitive market.

Brand Governance and Strategy:
• Steward brand consistency across all video content, ensuring that messaging and visuals align with CoreWeave’s identity and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to develop and execute strategic media campaigns that drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

Team Building and Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing video and animation team, driving excellence in creative execution and ensuring the production of award-winning content.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging the team to push boundaries and create groundbreaking video content.

Project Management:
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is never compromised.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring creative work meets brand standards and exceeds expectations.

Minimun Requirement: 
10+ years of hands-on experience in creative direction, with a strong portfolio of impactful video content in the fields of film, TV, social media, and advertising for enterprise clients and well-recognized brands.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing creative teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to align video content with broader business and marketing objectives.
• Deep experience working with product marketing and technical teams to develop video assets, including demos, explainer videos, and customer testimonials.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and engage with customers and executives at all levels.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and highly organized, with strong task management skills and the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $135,000- $180,000 and $162,000- $216,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
