The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

Job Responsibilities?
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including new hire logistics and orientation.
- Support offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
- Ensure smooth transition for employees joining or leaving the organization.
- Support the maintenance of HR processes and ensure data accuracy (badges, employee data, letters, trackers, etc.).
- Monitor adherence to attendance and company policies through regular reporting and data tracking.
- Identify potential policy violations and ensure timely communication to managers for appropriate follow-up actions and maintain regular tracking.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy and audit readiness of all compliance-related documentation.
- Serve as a front-facing point of contact for employee questions and HR inquiries.
- Provide guidance on policies, processes and basic HR matters.
- Escalate complex issues to the E&T and ER Manager or People Lead.
- Plan and support execution of engagement activities, events and recognition programs.
- Coordinate logistics for employee initiatives and site activities.
- Collaborate on Engagement Survey execution.
- Coordinate proper execution of monthly BRAVOS, Cookie Champion of the Month and quarterly Corazon Awards.
- Assist with HR reporting and administrative tracking.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure consistency and efficiency across HR operations.
- Function as a back-up for HR Operation roles (People Experience Advisor / Payroll Specialist)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
Job Specific Requirements:
- 1-3 years of progressive work-related experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or related role.
- Experience planning and executing engagement events and activities.
- Experience with onboarding processes and HR administrative tasks.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required (mandatory).
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
