We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner! This dynamic, fast-paced role will be based in San Francisco HQ with a hybrid work model, and will be the strategic people advisor to senior managers and their teams. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement, company culture, and people strategies in partnership with senior leadership across a single or multiple functions and geographies. You will use people data, analytics, and trends, both qualitative and quantitative, to interpret and break down complex business priorities and inform solutions. You will provide forward-thinking, proactive HR strategy, solve organizational challenges, and deliver HR programs across the wider organization working closely with functional leaders and individual contributors at all levels. You will be responsible for building strong relationships and partnerships across an already built out HR team by being a champion of Quantcast’s culture and values while partnering on strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide advice and counsel to multiple functions on all matters relating to the acquisition, performance, development and retention of employees
  • Work across all of the HR disciplines (Compensation, Talent Management and Development, People Operations and Recruiting) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of programs
  • Help promote diversity across the organization, thinking proactively about the talent life cycle
  • Execute our performance management process, annual merit cycle, promotion panels, annual bonus cycle, and other related programs
  • Deliver training on a variety of people programs, including weekly new hire orientation, performance management process, goal-setting, employee development
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with others in HR to develop solutions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelors or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources function (e.g. recruiting, benefits, compensation, HR generalist, HRIS...)
  • Understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and leadership development
  • At least three years of experience working closely with, partnering with, and influencing leaders; proven success as a strategic partner is key
  • Experience in a fast-moving hi-tech company
  • Within commuting distance to San Francisco HQ

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • 5+ as a Human Resources Business Partner/ People Partner
  • PHR, SPHR, or equivalent

The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time.
