We are looking for a Business Recruiter to hire across a wide variety of departments during a period of rapid growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers to generate a diverse pipeline of candidates and make hires across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, People, Admin, and Product. This role is a 6 month contract

Responsibilities:

• Generating a diverse pipeline for a wide variety of teams  including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, People, Admin, and Product
• Handling and driving the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer, while recommending improvements along the way
• Partnering closely with hiring managers and interviewers to qualify roles, create interview processes, and make hiring decisions
• Ensuring that each candidate has an unrivaled, positive and memorable experience from start to finish
• Regularly tracking and analyzing pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full cycle Recruiting experience in two or more of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, People, Admin, and Product
• Ability to meet hiring targets, generate significant pipeline for multiple reqs at once, and handle competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
