Role Overview:

The Compensation Partner is a pivotal role in the continued evolution of Glu’s Total Rewards program. Reporting to the Manager, Global Compensation this role will partner closely with our People Business Partner, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams to build, implement, and administer our rewards philosophy and strategy. 

Some of the things you’ll be doing include:

  • Conducting competitive and market analyses
  • Building out our global compensation philosophy by participating in compensation projects that will design and review salary structure, leveling systems and other comp-related initiatives
  • Supporting our twice-yearly compensation and promotion cycles by building timelines and maintaining project plans
  • Assisting with process-improving workflows and procedures
  • Collaborating with talent acquisition on new hire offer packages to level and map jobs appropriately
  • Ensuring our market data is up to date and well-matched by participating in compensation surveys
  • Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other tools to help us see and understand data
  • Supporting the global People team on other People projects and assignments as needed

Who you are:

  • You have 4 or more years of work experience in a professional environment, ideally as part of a People or Finance team.
  • Your work experience also includes at least 2 years of experience working specifically in compensation: you have helped support at least 2 annual compensation cycles.
  • You are tech savvy and passionate about data. You can comfortably use spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) to bring data together and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • You operate with the highest levels of integrity, and you're able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, issues, and events.
  • You are familiar with the structures of HR data and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
  • You can handle multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy "nerding out" about data and have an eye for process improvement.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Tableau or R in a business environment.
  • Experience writing reports and creating dashboards in Workday.
