Compensation Business Partner
ABOUT THE JOB
- Respond to data requests and provide analytics to support the strategic partnership between HR and business leaders
- Respond to compensation-related questions from managers, HR business partners and recruiters
- Build a consultative and collaborative relationships with HR business partners
- Consult with managers on compensation decisions and strategy
- Work with compensation team to roll out projects, initiatives and programs
- Partner to manage compensation cycles
- Build and deliver compensation-related training and education materials
- Work with the recruiting team and HR business partners to deliver new hire offer alignment to market and internal peers
- Support recruiters with compensation offers
ABOUT YOU
- 4+ years of experience in consulting
- Experience in a client-facing role
- BA/BS in related field
- Ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with multiple partners
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills and detailed oriented
