How you'll contribute:

  •  Manage routine compensation processes and practices
  • Merit process (tool preparation, budget creation, uploading employee data, summarizing data, building and distributing letters)
  • Bonus plans (track payout approvals, maintain plan documents, determine appropriate process)
  • Equity grants (maintain annual calendar, determine appropriate process and controls, conduct annual equity modeling)
  • Compensation range refresh (update annually, build and submit market surveys, maintain recruiting range tool, ensure data accuracy in ADP, partner with the recruiting team in real-time to adjust market as needed)
  • Maintain Blend’s job architecture by creating definitions, mapping market survey codes to internal architecture, and apply updates as needed based on business cases 
  • Develop operational excellence across all practices you manage by identifying process gaps and opportunity for improvement, keeping stakeholders informed and accountable, documenting any new process, and routinely updating related team documents and Confluence pages
  • Provide approval to the recruiting team for new hire offers, and provide guidance as needed
  • Support efforts to educate employees on Blend’s compensation plans and practices, and help enable managers to make informed decisions during the merit process
