Our People team is looking for a Compensation Manager to join us in designing, implementing and managing competitive compensation programs to attract and retain top talent globally. This role supports all aspects of compensation policies and practices which includes salary administration, job evaluations, market pricing, equity reviews, and other related compensation policies and programs.
What you’ll get to tackle
- Participate in the design, implementation and management of new and existing compensation programs, policies and procedures including base pay, short and long-term incentive programs.
- Support People Business Partners, Recruiters and senior leaders in resolving compensation issues based on our pay philosophy and internal and external data.
- Stay on top of compensation trends and compliance by managing survey submissions, conducting data analysis, and networking internally and externally.
- Assist in the administration of the annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
- Ensure accuracy of data and seamless integration of systems with compensation processes.
- Challenge yourself to improve existing programs to drive desired business results and better serve our employees.
You’ll thrive in this role
- 4+ years of experience in a consulting or in-house compensation role
- Knowledge of current compensation practices and trends including analysis and/or design of compensation plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a fast paced, high performance culture where the business is constantly evolving
- Incredible eye for detail & an exceptionally high bar for quality
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, human resources or STEM
- Certified Compensation Professional designation (CCP) or advanced degree desired
