Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote

POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is very hands on, naturally curious, and highly collaborative. In this role, you will handle everything from team & candidate scheduling to facilitating onsite interviews to ensuring that candidates have an amazing experience throughout the recruitment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure day-to-day operational excellence and quality talent acquisition outcomes; establish a culture of shared success
- Partner closely with 3-5 recruiters to guide candidates through the interview process
- Coordinate interviews and provide support across time zones
- Work independently to schedule interviews, meetings, and candidate travel
- Provide hospitality and ensure a seamless interview day experience
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a daily basis for data capture, candidate scheduling, etc.
ABOUT YOU
- 1-3 years of work experience required
- Coordinating/scheduling experience preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Passion for building and being a part of high performing team
