Rippling is looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our fast-paced, agile recruiting team. In this role, you will own the recruiting process end to end for all non-technical roles in the organization from entry to director level.
You Will:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Be responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline
- Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
- Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
- Brainstorm with hiring managers' to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
- Develop, recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience hiring all levels of non-technical candidates
- Comfortable managing 10+ requisitions
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with ATS systems
