What we are looking for:

Responsibilities of the role:

• Recruiting Leadership: Grow, develop and mentor the MasterClass recruiting team in a fast-paced environment. Partner closely with all levels of the organization in hiring and recruitment plans.
• Recruiting Strategy: You will develop a recruitment strategy that enables us to attract the best talent and build a high-performing diverse team.
• Recruiting Operations: Drive and implement consistent and trusted recruitment policies, processes, and reporting across the organization. 

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience building, leading and managing recruiting teams
• Prior experience building the recruiting function at a rapidly scaling company
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees, with high integrity
• Superb judgment, strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
• Demonstration of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
• BA or BS degree in a related field, or direct relevant experience
• Full-time role based in San Francisco
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
