Who You Are 

As Lattice grows, we’re looking for a recruiting leader who will play an important role in guiding overall direction and growth of the team. You will be responsible for owning the recruiting process from start to finish and managing an organization of 15-20, with 2-3 managers. This is a unique opportunity to develop and scale our recruiting function to support the next couple years of Lattice’s growth.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sources. This includes, providing performance feedback, hiring, and fostering a diverse/collaborative/ inclusive team culture, all while establishing Lattice as a talent leader.

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep functional experience including experience scaling a recruiting function, bonus points if you have experience rapidly scaling in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated impact integrating a DEI&B lens at a foundational level across the talent acquisition function. 
  • Ability to build strong executive and cross-functional partnerships, including senior business leadership, HR & Finance.
  • You are empathetic and employee-focused: you care deeply about the people on your team, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals, and enabling them to do their best work.
  • A deep commitment to leadership excellence and prior experience in people management.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

  • As a recruiting leader, you will be responsible for establishing a vision and strategy that lead to  hiring results, great internal partnership, operational rigor and an amazing candidate experience. 
  • As a people manager, you will be responsible for scaling the Recruiting team, its culture, and its operations through this exciting growth phase. You’ll support, mentor, and coach the team’s members to their highest potential performance and growth.
  • Integrate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging across all programs & initiatives, be an active voice in shaping company-wide DEI&B strategy and partner with ERG leadership.
  • Scale and shape Lattice’s recruiting principles and process and drive company-wide change initiatives that continue to refine our selection strategy.
  • Proactively anticipate, surface and then lead conversations around complex cross-functional problems, goals, trade-offs, and ideas.
  • Strategize with the Exec team on company-wide talent acquisition strategy and operations.
  • Own recruiting team budget and maximize impact of investment towards key company goals.
  • Manage a team of >10 people including both individual contributors and people managers.
