We have a fantastic opportunity on our People team for a Head of People Operations/Total Rewards. We’re looking for someone to join the team and lead the charge on all things HRIS, compensation & benefits, and operations. Our people drive our success, and this critical role is the perfect combination of strategic and hands on that allows you to have meaningful impact on the employee experience now, and plant the seeds for longer term results in a rapidly scaling environment. You’ll be a key member of the People Leadership team, reporting to the Chief People Officer while working on a variety of verticals including benefits and compliance, payroll, policies, HR processes, compensation, and data integrity. You will also be in charge of overseeing all HR systems implementation, integration, and system effectiveness.What you'll be doing
  • Lead the design, strategy, planning, management, and communications of the compensation, benefits, and incentive pay programs (bonus, equity, and long-term incentives) that align with our culture and business strategy and allows us to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Design, develop, and execute on a comprehensive global total rewards strategy 
  • Create scalable processes and programs that support our business objectives while continuing to deliver an incredible employee experience
  • Manage compensation structures, market pricing/surveys, research, cost analysis, trends, and other analytics for compensation and benefits, as well as all other HR programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and best in class practices
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation tools and systems that support us where we are and will allow us to scale
  • Oversee all benefit programs and benefits education in all locations, including open enrollment and general trainings, as well as the expansion of our benefits offerings to include FSA, 401k and additional wellness programs, perks, etc.
  • Identify and evaluate benefits enhancements to meet the needs of our employees and maintain our competitive position in the marketplace
  • Establish and execute wellness strategy to enhance our employee experience and oversee planned initiatives and programs
  • Provide leadership, planning, and project management for the design and oversight of HRIS initiatives in support of organizational and interpersonal goals and practices.
What you should have
  • 7+ years managing HR Operations and/or total rewards programs, such as benefits, recognition, or compensation programs and familiarity with base pay, variable pay, and equity compensation programs preferred
  • Experience administering equity programs required (restricted stock units and stock options)
  • In depth experience with cloud-based HRIS/Payroll systems
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, as well as a deep understanding of compliance / regulatory requirements, including immigration.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic business environment; tech industry experience highly desired.
