Reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, and close partnership with key stakeholders inside and outside the team, you will develop, drive, and deliver initiatives that lead to meaningful results aligned to Quantcast’s DEI&B strategy and shape a workplace that is equitable and inclusive for employees of all backgrounds.


This includes curating experiences and tools focused on engagement and inclusion of diverse communities. You will support the existing DEI&B strategy and own end to end program development and execution in partnership with cross-organization team members. These include events, such as Quantcast internal summits and other ongoing, partnership events and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner collaboratively with Employee Resource Group and ELT to increase DEI&B impact and visibility while encouraging participation growth.
  • Promote allyship through education, awareness and employee engagement with the outcome being an inclusive and equitable workplace!
  • End to end program management including: overall accountability for the projects, leadership of small cross-functional teams (indirect reports), develop programmatic approaches that are new, and not well defined.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop partnerships with new and existing diversity organizations for the purpose of growing Quantcast’s community outreach internally and externally.
  • Provide communications support to drive awareness and participation.
  • Lead DEI&B communication updates internally and externally to the company, partner with communications and social media teams to highlight events, celebrations, and holidays.
  • Deliver trainings and lead or participate in events related to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, serving as Quantcast’s ambassador for external facing events.
  • Partner with HRBPS to address DEI&B related-issues from employees.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to enable and support the attraction and hiring of diverse talent for all positions such as: intern, recent graduate, mid-level experienced and executive.
  • Provide educational and consultation support to the People & Places team in all matters relating to DEI&B.
  • Expand global reach of DEI&B programs by partnering with regional champions to drive local programming.
  • Partner with our People Analytics team to develop and analyze metrics for measuring progress against the DEI&B strategy.
  • Lead, coordinate and measure global impact of DEI&B initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of work experience, with direct experience in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging required.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in program or project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work related experience.
  • Oversight of the employee resource and network support groups and address issues or challenges accordingly.
  • Develops performance indicators to achieve specific business needs, measure impact and value, and drive improvements.
  • Experience collecting, extracting and reporting data to review progress and success against OKRs.
  • Deliver best-in-class DEI&B practices, trends and insights.
  • Program management skills – ability to own, lead and work optimally across multiple priorities, drive progress against DEI&B goals, communicate results to leaders, and maintain those relationships.
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills - Comfortable communicating and delivering updates to executive leaders, companywide employees and partnering optimally across the organization through various channels.
  • Able to influence at all levels with empathy, authenticity and conviction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical skills - with the ability to interpret data and translate into valuable insights, recommendations and action plans.
  • Global Perspective – ability to work well with other across the different regions and understand country and region-specific needs.
  • Shown success in influencing and driving initiatives across functions, levels and geographies.

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast has adopted a hybrid work model. The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time. The effectiveness of the implementation may differ based on location or team, so please consult with your manager for further information. Through at least the end of 2021, we are providing additional flexibility, including relaxing the in-office schedule and offering flexibility around the number of days and which day one is required to be in the office. Hybrid employees can also work remotely for two weeks each year or apply for our fully-remote work program.
