And you will support and empower our ERG leaders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building effective multi-year DEI strategies, including full cycle plans in talent management, learning and engagement. You should have strong project management, written communication, and analytical skills, and the ability to influence and partner cross functionally with both People Team and Business leaders.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Ensure the DEI council sets meaningful OKRs and achieves them

  • Provide visibility to our executive team, DEI council, and employees on key DEI metrics and programs

  • Effective communication: We’re prompt and concise.
  • Learn-it-all (vs know-it-all): We’re always willing to learn.
  • Frugal: We don’t waste money and especially not time.
