Role Summary: 

Sensor Tower is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our People Operations team to develop and implement employee programs that reflect our core values and positively impact our company culture. This role will be critical in leading organizational effectiveness and efficiency metrics and ensuring our employees’ success at Sensor Tower.

Report to: Head of People Operations

What You Will Do

• Assist Head of People by researching, proposing and implementing various People Operations programs via assessing employee requirements, reviewing competitor and general industry practices, and analyzing cost impact/effectiveness
• Lead and organize the Diversity and Inclusion efforts internally as well as externally by supporting the recruitment team with this focus in mind. 
• Administer all aspects of company wide project management philosophy, tools and practices
• Collaborate with the People Team, department managers, and individual contributors globally to assess organization development needs and roll out learning programs or other appropriate solutions to develop performance, leadership, and team effectiveness
• Work and coordinate with Customer Success to conduct Product training for New Hires
• Train and Onboard new employees on how to use internal tools: Github, Slack, AskSpoke, Gmail, etc.
• Provide continued training for managers in creating individual goals for direct reports that are aligned with team and company goals.
• Provide support to the management team in developing team and role specific onboarding and general engagement plans
• Facilitate our Learning and Development Program including coordination of Fireside Chats, Lunch & Learns, Compliance Training, product training as well as administering the Learning and Development Reimbursement Program
• Facilitate or co-facilitate virtual and live employee workshops/training and support other facilitators/managers in creating and standardizing training and onboarding materials
• Facilitate company quarterly engagement surveys and lead planning meetings and projects addressing the outcomes
• Plan and schedule company social engagement events including; monthly Game nights, Happy Hours, Birthday Celebrations, and Company Offsites
• Administer eNPS program and improve analysis model. Partner with People Operations and Experience Manager to design quarterly sprints to address the eNPS results and manage various employee engagement projects from start to finish.
• Leverage process technology and analytics and work with leadership and management to consistently track, generate dashboards, and communicate to the entire team metrics and KPIs for all company and team goals.

What You Have:

• Extensive people and project management experience
• A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or a related field
• Experience in building small data analytical models and dashboards
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus 
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-starting attitude, great written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
• You enjoy wearing many hats in a lean team, and influencing teammates and others to contribute to delivering creative learning solution.
• You have a bias to action and an ownership mindset, plus the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous needs and project goals.
