YOUR MISSION

Our belief in People Operations is simple: To make team members at MURAL feel empowered and engaged with their work every day. Your role as Global Benefits Administrator makes that a reality by ensuring all our team members have the benefits they need. You will report to the People Operations Manager and work closely with colleagues across the global in the People team and the finance team. In this role you will:

  • Manage enrollments, terminations and claims for Global benefits for all our locations including Argentina, the USA, UK, Ireland and Spain
  • Support team members with their benefits enquiries through our ticketing system
  • Assist in reviewing possible new benefits, ensuring we cover any legal requirements in specific locations. 
  • Support the Director, Internal Communications, with the rollout of new benefits to increase employee understanding and engagement.  
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and international legal and disclosure requirements such as COBRA, HIPAA, and IRS
  • Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Be the main point of person for our benefit providers 
  • Maintain benefit plan documentation including plan documents and policies.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure premiums and management fees are correct
  • Frequently communicate with vendors in Spanish

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years as a Benefits Administrator in multiple locations, including the USA
  • Experience with an HRIS (Ideally Workday)
  • Strong in data analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with a Remote team, across multiple time zones
  • Spanish speaking proficiency preferred but not required
