About You and The Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys partnering with hiring managers to develop thoughtful approaches to recruiting talent in markets around the world. We are looking for someone who is passionate about not only building a strong team, but also a team that exhibits and leads with our core values.
This job is not easy - nothing is a plug and play model. Each role is slightly different - we hire for new teams in new markets with dynamic timelines and hiring plans that haven’t been tested before. You will be the person not only to identify and recruit talent, but also the person that gives pushback to hiring teams on timelines, compensation frameworks, level of hire, and team structure. This role requires someone that has excellent project management, stakeholder management, and a knack for leading with authenticity.

What You'll Do
- Partner with the go-to-market team to recruit talent in new markets around the world
- Monitor important data insights across the entire recruiting funnel, from sourcing to close, and continuously adjust based on insights
- Serve as a thought partner for our hiring managers to help them understand key information around talent pool, advertising strategy, interview plan, and more for new and recurring openings
- Build and improve upon existing processes to ensure our recruiting processes are effective and efficient
What You'll Bring
- Fluency in written and spoken French
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience recruiting on the African continent
- Ideally 8+ years experience recruiting at a growing company
- Proven track record of creating and implementing talent acquisition strategy for high performing team while maintaining culture and promoting diversity
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in tracking recruiting metrics to create data-driven strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills
- Desire to work in a decentralized team and be very hands on
