We’re thrilled to be looking to build our recruiting team with a Sourcer to join us at Lattice. We’re looking for this role to help strategically source for our San Francisco and New York markets, specifically on product roles. You'll work with the engineering, product and design side of the business to proactively pipeline candidates across multiple teams. For the right candidate, this will be a unique and exciting role to help build on our relatively new recruiting functions. This role will partner closely with our engineering hiring managers across the company.

Responsibilities:

- Support recruiters by identifying top tech talent through a variety of passive channels

- Ensure our hiring process is positive and inclusive to candidates of all backgrounds

- Maintain our employer brand in all external opportunities
- Monitor team metrics to identify areas for improvement

About you:

- Prior experience in a sourcing role for a consumer facing startup is preferred

- Demonstrate our company values, and strive to bring others into our organization who do as well

- General knowledge of major applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Gem, etc)

- Flexibility to work with changing priorities based on team/business needs
