Head of Employee Experience & Impact

What you will do
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the VP Employee Experience & Impact role is a force-multiplier for the company. The need to create connected employee experiences is more important now than ever before. We are looking for an individual who will create an engaging employee centric lifecycle for current and future talent by designing and shaping our employee experience strategy from the ground up! In this role, you will be in charge of setting the overall employee engagement strategy and creating a workplace in which every employee feels valued, connected, and inspired. You will lead and unite several teams including Internal Communications, Employee Programming, Social Impact and Diversity & Inclusion to define and drive a holistic approach towards creating a stickier culture and united global community. We want your expertise, insights, and passion to facilitate effective collaboration, consistent communication, and impactful insights for our work. This is a new position for the People & Communities (P&C) team.
- Define and design our employee experience framework and Employee Value Proposition with defined ways to measure and assess engagement globally
- Define and execute our ways of working methodology - providing clear guidance on how best to drive remote and collaborative connection across geos and functions
- Be the amplifier of the company mission, vision, values and company strategy with established methodologies of keeping these top of mind for every teammate
- Leverage our core mission and values to define and deliver an authentic diversity and inclusion and social impact strategy that best reflects who we are, internally and externally
- Lead all internal communications initiatives and events from design to production
Who you are
- You can operate at the highest strategic level, with a keen understanding of the business, while still representing and connecting with the most tactical challenges
- Your eye for detail, nuance and design are unmatched- every asset you touch is completely on brand with the appropriate context and voice
- Ease with storytelling and pulling together compelling, narratives that compel your audience to feel, engage and act
- You are comfortable driving multiple, disparate initiatives at once and adapting as priorities shift - you have the tools and approaches to limit the burden
- You're willing to push beyond the ho-hum of employee experience to build a meaningful, ground-breaking, bespoke world for WW from programming to communications and campaigns
- You understand the criticality of diversity and inclusion + social impact and can ready the organization to drive and adopt our framework and practices both internally and externally
- You possess strength to speak the truth, especially when it's hard and have a clear and compassionate communication style that resonates with executives and all levels in the organization
- You know how to rally and unify teams with varying remits to achieve greatness
- You possess eagerness to go first when ambitious problems arise - you are happy to be in the thick of it with a team.
- You seek out partnerships and offer help before others have realized it would be beneficial
- You are a mega-influencer. You understand and represent the needs of a broad set of stakeholders and can help get folks on the same page
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary - $250,000-300,000/yr
