Evidation is looking for a results-oriented recruiting leader to support our rapidly growing, mission-driven business by evolving and unifying our approach towards end-to-end talent acquisition. Reporting to the VP of People & Operations, the Head of Recruiting needs to have a collaborative and action-driven approach to working with the recruiters and the HR partners on the Employee Experience team, the department leads, and hiring managers in order to drive transformative change in our approach to recruiting that is agile and responsive to the needs of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, develop, and lead the recruiting team, including oversight of external contractors
  • Engage with the recruiting and HR teams, department leads, and hiring managers to uplevel and continually improve upon shared recruiting processes, best practices, and templates used at Evidation
  • Develop and refine the overall recruiting and sourcing strategy for Evidation and be accountable for its execution
  • Identify and track meaningful recruiting metrics for ongoing reporting
  • Along with the Head of HR and the VP of People & Operations, meet with department leads on a regular basis to identify, iterate, and track progress against current and future headcount plans
  • Determine the annual recruiting budget based on future headcount needs and learnings/return on investments from prior recruiting & sourcing approaches, platforms, and events
  • Manage the approved recruiting budget and adjust how it is allocated to support any shifts in resource requirements and recruiting needs
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for selected key hires
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to elevate Evidation’s employer brand
  • Develop a scalable approach for identifying and curating prospects for future roles
  • Collaborate with the Diversity Recruiting Specialist to champion and support initiatives around enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion for employees and candidates
  • Ensure that Evidaiton’s recruiting practices comply with the applicable regulations, both internal and external

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting roles, preferably as a senior recruiter in a highly competitive and dynamic environment
  • 4+ years of experience of developing and leading high-performing recruiting teams, resulting in the acquisition and retention of top talents in the market, especially in the technology realm
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset that enables the identification and reporting of meaningful recruiting metrics to support decision making and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and problem solve with HR partners, department heads, and hiring managers
  • Player/coach approach for building out the recruiting team and function
  • Proficiency in G suite tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Start-up company experience as an in-house recruiter or related role
  • Previous experience hiring internationally
  • Previous experience working with Greenhouse (our ATS)
