About the Role


If you like building & scaling recruiting from the ground up, we are looking for someone like you! We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader who can build the talent acquisition function and team out at Divvy, helping us grow headcount 50-100% year over year (we’re at about 200 employees today). 


The perfect candidate will be excited to create talent acquisition programs holistically, build Divvy’s employer brand, attract top talent, and create a top notch candidate experience. You will utilize data to analyze and iterate on our goals to execute against the long term strategic plans you help to set.


We are looking for someone who can bring expert opinions and points of view and is energized by reaching our hiring targets and partnering closely with key business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • You will build and lead of team who can deliver against hiring targets and build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • You will evaluate, create, and implement operational and process capabilities and improvements across all facets of talent acquisition 
  • You will partner with our executive team on senior/executive level hires
  • You will build out initiatives and programs that drive Divvy’s recruiting outcomes including successful sourcing strategies, diversity recruiting, employer brand and partnerships, and more
  • You will build and deliver training and education to the talent team, hiring managers, interviewers, and the broader company on the development 
  • You will make data-driven decisions to drive efficient and effective talent systems and operations and manage tools, vendors, and budget (ex: interview processes, sourcing, interviewer load balancing)
  • You will build out and maintain internal documentation on workflow, processes, and procedures

Requirements

  • You have extensive experience working in a fast-paced tech environment supporting all recruiting initiatives and have been a trusted consultant for C-Suite / VP-level executives on hiring strategy
  • You have extensive experience managing recruiting teams, building processes, and scaling a company
  • You are passionate about building diverse, values-driven teams
  • You have experience with ATS and relevant talent tools and solid knowledge of industry best practices (Lever experience a plus)
  • You’re skilled at building strong relationships and maintaining trust throughout the organization
  • You have proven experience automating processes that were boring and redundant and have demonstrated familiarity with various systems and tools within the recruiting industry
  • You’re skilled at analyzing and using data to inform recruiting strategy
  • You have a strong bias for action and ability to lead both tactically (go deep) and strategically
  • You have great writing and communication skills and have demonstrated a strong ability to teach others about recruiting.
