ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

We are looking for a Head of Talent who can shape our talent acquisition strategy across the company and lead our stellar team to success. 

You will:

• Design a Talent Acquisition and Management strategy, including a comprehensive approach for assessing, planning, managing, and developing talent across the enterprise.
• Manage a high performance technical and G&A recruiting team including recruiters, recruiting leads and a sourcing team.
• Develop new and creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Incorporate DEI into sourcing and recruiting.
• Develop a strong recruitment process that is scalable and can function across hiring teams.
• Lead hiring manager trainings on various recruitment initiatives.
• Keep up with the legal requirements on the recruiting and interviewing process. 
• Build up employer branding: leading Linkedin and Glassdoor.
• Manage recruitment analytics and keep the team and leadership informed on these metrics to make better business decisions.
• Motivate and advise the current team or recruiters and sourcers. 
• Keep up with the ever changing workforce and bring the most competitive recruitment processes to Truebill.
• Be a true business partner to executives in hiring. 

ABOUT YOU 🦄

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• 4+ years of experience in Talent Management
• Experience developing, leading and scaling a recruitment team
• Success in coaching executives and other leadership in Talent Acquisition best practices
• Success in startups and scaling environments
• Success in being an IC as well as leading a team
• Experience developing DEI Initiatives
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
