The Role
As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will establish our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for implementing recruiting initiates, policies, and practices that will attract diverse, top-talent from across the United States. You will be charged with building out our recruiting infrastructure and scalable processes necessary to support the company’s growth with a focus on operational excellence and candidate experience. You will build, develop, and lead a world class recruiting team. This role reports directly to our Head of People.
Here are some ways you’ll make an impact:

  • Build, lead, and coach a resourceful, proactive, and solution-orientated high-performing Recruiting team
  • Partner with hiring mangers to form and execute recruiting strategies that meet distinct needs while adhering to defined best practices
  • Define and experiment with new approaches to candidate sourcing, developing best practices, and ensuring proactive candidate pipeline development across all teams
  • Develop, implement and analyze recruiting targets and KPIs to track effectiveness.
  • Use data and leverage existing technology (Greenhouse, Zenefits, and Mode) to drive optimization of process and programs as well as team performance
  • Lead Recruiting Ops in the optimization of reports and dashboards used to routinely communicate progress to leadership
  • Lead the optimization of key recruiting programs such as hiring manager/interviewer certification and enablement, referrals, outreach, etc.
  • Optimize and manage our employer brand strategy
  • Optimize and manage our Diversity and Belonging strategy as it relates to talent acquisition
  • Recruit for certain roles and lead consultative recruiting projects

What we are looking for (Requirements for the role)

  • 10+ years of experience of full-cycle recruiting for both technical and business roles in high-growth companies
  • 3+ years of experience building, scaling, and managing Recruiting teams, preferably at a rapidly growing tech company
  • A great leader who inspires and leads their team to perform at their best and develops them for growth
  • Demonstrable experience with diversity and inclusion full-cycle recruiting best practices at all levels
  • A clear and effective communication style, and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; you build trust easily
  • Deep understanding of, and ability to navigate, employment regulation as it pertains to hiring
  • A growth mindset and flexibility
  • A desire to roll up your sleeves and build

Bonus Points: (Some nice to haves for this role)

  • Familiarity with advanced functions of Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
