The Head of Talent will develop a comprehensive Talent Strategy across the company. The successful candidate will help identify efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of the hiring process. As the Head of Talent, you will report to the VP of Operations and you will:

  • Identify new ways to attract talent through creative sourcing
  • Oversee candidate selection process to provide a superior interview experience while providing strategic advice and counsel to hiring managers and recruitment team on best practices
  • Grow the Talent team through mentorship, and hiring for any vacant positions
  • Expand the talent pipeline through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
  • Advise and train hiring managers and interview panel members on interviewing techniques

Ideal background and expertise:

  • 8+ years of professional talent acquisition experience, including technical recruiting, across varying functional groups and career levels in a high-growth company
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Experience building and refining full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Working knowledge of federal/state employment law and EEO and OFCCP regulations
