ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹♀️
- Mentor managers on employee development best practices
- Responsible for performance management
- Act as a culture ambassador
- Navigate through employee relations and conflict resolution
- Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
- Partner with leadership on building succession planning, change management, and building career trajectories
- Some involvement with Comp and Ben
- Manage Learning and Development program
- Lead D&I Initiatives
ABOUT YOU 🦄
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Experience in rapid scaling environments / startups
- Business Partnering experience required
- Employee relations experience required
- Understanding of employment law
- Experience working with different locations and remote workers
- Experience with Exempt and Non Exempt employees
- Launched L&D programs in the past
- Expert in change management
- Adept with performance management and investigations
- Proficiency with employee relations and EEO
- Skilled in employee benefits administration
