The Opportunity
This role is a HR Business Partner to the North America (NA) regional team, with a focus on supporting HR and our employees. The role will be influential in driving the strategic planning process and operational outcomes through providing insights and decision support.
What You’ll Do
-Serve as a trusted and strategic business partner to leadership in driving core strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent
-Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align our culture, values, company performance, and rewards strategy
-Experience utilizing and leading with metrics and insights; consistently measures effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs to ensure they are delivering desired outcomes
-Provide daily support to managers with employee attraction, development, and retention issues which may include performance reviews, leadership coaching, career pathing, advanced HR reporting/metrics, and special project assistance
-Manage employee relations cases as they develop, and bring in appropriate resources to address the situations
-Collaborate with other People team members with home office in AU
-Assist with the communication and rollout of updated or new people programs and policies
-Utilize HRIS system to maintain employee data and produce reports
-Have executive presence and strong communication skills to partner with senior levels of management and bring strong collaboration skills within and outside of HR
-Manage immigration strategy for North America
Who You Are
-5-7 years of general HR experience with startup experience
-Ability to assess an organization, identify gaps, and develop solutions
-Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, honed in a demanding and high performing work environment
-Demonstrate ability to manage, change, and resolve conflicts
-Comfort in performing the tactical work exceptionally well
-Ability to develop People forward strategy in partnership with the business
-Demonstrated success in delivering people-related metrics and digging into problems to craft impactful solutions
-High degree of comfort with ambiguity in a nimble environment
-Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
