General Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team as HR Operations Director.
The HR Operations Director will be responsible for planning, development, implementation, and administration of the following human resource functions: compensation, benefits, employment, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, HRIS, training, health and safety services programs and company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Ability to develop strong consultative relationships across all levels of the organization
- Partner with all stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience and promote a culture of performance that is aligned with company culture and strategic business objectives
- Evolve and implement Corsair’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy to cultivate and promote an inclusive work environment
- Manage strategy and programs that support employee engagement
- Ability to address various employee relations issues, working them through to resolution, while ensuring fair and equitable outcomes
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years experience working across HR Functions, HR Operations Mgmt role preferred
- Experience working with and supporting a diverse workforce
- Must have demonstrated experience in employee relations, employee engagement, coaching/development, and diversity/inclusion programs
- Excellent program/project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to communicate and partner effectively at all levels of the organization
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and has a sense of humour
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
