The HR Manager will be responsible for providing Human Resources support to the assigned service line. These services include but are not limited to, employee relations and interpretation and application of HR policies and practices, and supporting hiring efforts. 

The HR Manager will have a solid understanding of the benefits offerings, especially regarding health insurance and 401K administration. The HR Manager will also have experience with workplace compliance, onboarding, ACA, Paid Leave, FMLA, Disability and Workers Compensation.


The Role:

The Role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees located in our new San Francisco office when they have HR-related questions and/or concerns
  • Manage coordination and execution of all aspects of employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Manage all areas of Benefits Administration
  • Full cycle recruiting - High performance with recruitment KPI’s
  • Act as trusted advisor handling sensitive employee relations issues and provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance regarding recruitment, employee relations, team management 
  • Manage the accuracy of data within the HRIS and other systems used
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality with company and employee information
  • Help our effort to maintain a strong and unique culture between all our growing sites, globally


Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years HR experience at a high growth company
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter in tech/saas (either an in house or a staffing agency)
  • Prior experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, off-boarding, benefits administration, and using HR software
  • Positive and strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Dynamic, highly flexible, personable and adaptable
