The Program Manager will work closely with the Employee Success leadership team and be responsible for cross functional projects, strategic initiatives, and consultative support.
Responsibilities:
Drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across the Employee Success organization
Lead complex, cross-functional People projects from conceptualization to execution; focus on top priority projects
Partner with leaders across the company to research and build business cases for new initiatives; partner cross-functionally to develop requirements and oversee design, implementation, and change management of major initiatives
Identify process improvement engagements; audit and assess processes, design improvements, and create new processes
Act as a trusted advisor by analyzing key drivers of our outcomes, identify areas of opportunity and risk, and develop and execute initiatives to address them
Design and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop strategic recommendations
Deliver strategy consulting services and lead strategic projects
Experience:
8+ years of Program Management experience - experience in consulting, change management and/or HR preferred
Experience building and improving workplace practices
Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive multiple concurrent projects
Strong problem-solver with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Extremely attentive to detail, with superb oral and written communication skills
Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
