As a Senior People Business Partner, you will partner closely with executive leaders to provide your expertise and thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution. You will be a critical partner in creating and executing on global people policies and programs across every People/HR function. You should be excited to bring your experience and expertise every day in order to:

  • Coach all levels of managers on people strategy and execution including organizational design, hiring, performance management, compensation, recognition, learning and development, and how to appropriately manage and resolve complex people issues.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of the business strategy, goals and objectives and support organizational changes by developing and implementing appropriate change management plans, policies and programs.
  • Promote a culture of feedback and transparent communication, reinforcing our mission and core values.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations as needed. Be an impartial ambassador for the organization advocating for employees and the business and modeling company values.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. 

What You’ll Bring to The House

  • 8+ years experience in an HRBP role supporting a C-level executive, working in a fast-paced, high performance culture where the business is constantly evolving.
  • Proven ability to influence all levels of managers, think creatively, participate fully and work collaboratively to develop and execute programs.
  • Unquestioned integrity, impeccable judgment and the ability to think critically, anticipate issues before they arise and proactively provide solutions and balance the needs of the company, managers and employees. 
  • A collaborative, thoughtful, strategic and operational/tactical leader, who is comfortable with open communication and giving/receiving constructive feedback respectfully.  

Bonus Points

  • HRBP experience in a tech start-up environment, and/or global experience strongly preferred.
