The HRIS Analyst will provide global HCM systems support to all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Performance, Benefits and Compensation. He/She will drive these departments system implementations to support the overall RingCentral's business needs.
Responsibilities
- Support upgrades, improvements, testing, validation and overall system performance
- Perform functional configuration tasks for the HRIS systems to satisfy requests for reporting, fixes, changes, enhancements and compliance; perform testing and solve related issues.
- Run security settings within Workday
- Ability to build complex Workday Reporting writing and creating Dashboards and Analytics.
- Integrate verification and compliance principles and concepts into all HR Business processes.
- Continuous improvement mentality: identify, recommend and improve current systems and processes.
- Work closely with HR staff, business partners and technical teams to capture requirements, design and implement solutions, conduct testing, and work with stakeholders to ensure successful release and adoption.
- Train and provide support to both HR professionals and business users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience is required
- Knowledge in Workday integration tools – Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Document Transformation, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer
- Expertise in Workday business process configurations
- High proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Constant curiosity to find insights in data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams across organizational lines and structures
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
